Mysterious priest of the Bear Pit
Father Payne is a name that makes the rounds underground. According to Lash, the priest is one of the Venators, and fights in the Bear Pit.

The real Venator, however, flatly denies it: as he sees it, no venator moonlights as a pit fighter. He calls the priest a charlatan, and means to meet him in person.
