Nick Tsai
尼克·蔡
Childhood patient of the Possession Ward
Nick Tsai is a friend of Violet’s. As a young boy he was sent to the Marble Hill Possession Ward, where he became a patient of Nurse Harrow.
Violet mentioned to Nurse Harrow that a friend of hers had been her patient as a kid. When Harrow asked for a name, Violet hedged that it had been a while ago, and only when Harrow pressed again did she give it.
“Nick Tsai.”
“尼克·蔡。”TL
Nurse Harrow remembered him at once, down to his full name, Nicholas. As she recalls him, he was the boy with poor posture and dirty fingernails, who had a pet hamster named Jellybean. She said without ceremony that he was fairly obnoxious, yet admitted she was glad to hear he survived treatment.
“Ah. Nicholas. The boy with poor posture, dirty fingernails and a pet hamster named Jellybean. He was fairly obnoxious but I'm glad to hear he survived treatment.”
“啊，尼古拉斯。那个驼背、指甲缝里全是泥、养了只叫软糖豆的仓鼠的男孩。他相当讨人厌，不过听说他挺过了治疗，我很欣慰。”TL
