Japan is the stronghold of the 7th Moon and the land Yamato comes from. From childhood, she and her brother knew that once their father was gone, the legacy of this crime family would one day pass into their hands.

The plan was for one of them to stay in Japan and hold the home base while the other crossed to the United States to open new ground. But subordinates unwilling to take orders from the one left behind rose up in the Betrayal, and with her brother risking his life to cover her, she fled her homeland with a handful of loyal retainers.

When she was asked what brought her to America, her answer was a single word.
