The World of Dreams

The World of Dreams is Rem’s home — a place the people of the city that never sleeps can scarcely imagine.

Rem slipped across by accident, and now he is stranded in New York, set on finding his way home. The Patrons have both made him the same promise: once he summons them, he will be with his family again. The Archmother puts it this way:

“Your family misses you, Rem, and once you summon The Archmother you will see them again.”

“雷姆，你的家人都很想念你，一旦你召唤出源祖，你就会再次见到他们”

The Hidden King’s promise is the very same:

“Your family misses you, Rem, and once you summon The Hidden King you will see them again.”

“雷姆，你的家人都很想念你，一旦你召唤出隐王，你就会再次见到他们”

Both Patrons say that his family, over there, still misses him.

Rem seldom speaks of where he comes from. When asked whose dream he came from, he said only that he wasn’t supposed to tell a stranger.

“Whose dream did you come from?”

“你是从谁的梦里来的？”TL

He seems able to see other people’s dreams, and finds Ava’s silly enough to laugh at.

“You can see her dreams?”

“你能看到她的梦？”TL

He has also admitted that when he sleeps, he sees Haze.

“I see her when I sleep.”

“我睡着的时候会看见她”
