Hank

Hank owns Jezebel's, and is the one person Infernus can never put out of his mind. He is never seen in person, yet he tugs at the heart of a man who once ruined many lives.

“Hank saved my life... Least I can do is save his business.”

By Infernus’s account, Hank once saved his life. Ever since, Infernus has called him his buddy, says he is a good man, and says he is lucky to have a friend like Hank.

Things have not gone well at the bar of late. It isn’t pulling in what it used to, Hank has a bunch of issues with OSIC, and by all accounts he is nervous. Lady Geist made a point of asking how he was, and Mo & Krill asked as well, having heard the bar was going through a “transitional period.”

“Why isn't it called Hank's?”

“为什么不叫汉克酒吧？”

As for why the bar isn’t called Hank’s, Infernus says only that it is a long story.

It was to save the place for Hank that Infernus was drawn into the ritual. The Patrons both use Hank to move him: The Archmother says Hank is counting on him to complete the ritual, while The Hidden King says Hank is in trouble and he alone has the power to save him.

“Hank is counting on you to complete the ritual, Infernus…”

“汉克指望你去完成仪式，炽焱…”

“Hank is in trouble, Infernus, and you alone have the power to save him.”

When Infernus runs afoul of OSIC’s people, his first thought, too, is that Hank isn’t going to be wild about it. Silver once remarked that Hank is lucky to have a friend like him.

“Hank isn't gonna be wild about me pissing off the feds.”

“汉克肯定不会喜欢我惹恼联邦政府”

Whatever is mortal in Infernus is, in the end, bound tightly to Hank. When Baba turned on him, she said she would apologize to Hank later, and offered the comfort that Hank would land on his feet.

“Don't worry, Hank will land on his feet.”
