Soho

Soho is a neighborhood of Manhattan, and witches’ turf. The Soho Coven is rooted here, and the New York Municipal Coven keeps a shelter here for stray familiars, often looking for volunteers to spend time with them.

Baba is its staunchest guardian. Toward the people of the 7th Moon, her stance leaves no room for doubt:

“Keep the 7th Moon out of SoHo!”

“把第七月的人赶出苏荷区！”TL

To Abrams, fallen on hard times, her advice was this:

“You should have gone to the Soho coven for help.”

“你应该去苏活区的女巫团寻求帮助。”

The neighborhood is home to Little Alexandria; Paige’s parents run a rare bookstore in Soho. She once mentioned it to Abrams:

“My parents have a rare bookstore in Soho, they might be able to help you.”

Soho is also where leads of every kind come together. Baba once pointed Victor this way: there was a tattoo artist here, she said, who used to work for the coven and now has a shop of his own, called the Wizard's Sleeve.

“I got a tattoo guy there that might be able to help you. Good kid. Used to work for the coven, but has his own shop now - The Wizard's Sleeve or something like that. Anyway, If those markings mean anything, he'll know.”

The Rat King, for his part, has nothing but sneers for the coven here:
