Sandman Division
The Sandman Division is the assassins’ branch of the OSIC. Its members slip into the dreams of their targets, assess the threat each one poses, and if need be put them to sleep for good. Haze is one of them, which is why some call her “the Dreamwalker.”
The division is no small one — there are enough of them to call themselves a division. When Dynamo asked whether she really was in the Sandman Division, she said yes, and spoke to its size:
“Enough that we call ourselves a division.”
“我们足以称自己为一个派系”
Unlike the Curator Division, whose business is things, the Sandmen care about people. Haze once drew the line between the two like this:
“Curator's care about things, Sandmen care about people. So until you become a threat to national security you're not my problem.”
“策展人关心的是物品，睡魔关心的是人。所以，除非你对国家安全构成威胁，否则你不是我的问题”
The Sandmen’s reputation is not a kind one. Having seen her methods with her own eyes, Holliday admitted the rumors were no exaggeration:
“So it looks like Sandmen are as terrifying as the rumors say…”
“看来睡魔真的像传言中说的那样可怕…”
Solomon, for his part, could tell the wearer’s skill as a killer from the uniform alone.
The Sandman name carries just as far outside the OSIC. An announcer for the other side, speaking of Haze, said that as a Sandman she is known for infiltrating the minds of dangerous individuals:
“As a Sandman, Haze is known for infiltrating the minds of dangerous individuals, unfortunately for her: jetpacks don't sleep.”
“作为沙人，岚梦惯于潜入危险分子的脑海。可惜啊，她忘了：喷气背包可不会睡觉。”TL
Word on the Street
“The Sandman comes for you all.”
“睡魔会来找你们所有人”
“I'm a Sandman, not a Curator. I'm not expected to recognize what you're holding and I can't report what I don't know. Now what were you about to tell me?”
“我是睡魔，不是策展人。没人指望我认得你手里拿的是什么，我也无法上报我不知道的事。好了，你刚才想告诉我什么？”TL
