A house of treasures and galas
The MET stands in Manhattan, the temple of culture for New York’s high society. On display are artifacts that Kelvin's Arctic Expedition brought back from distant lands, and some of them still sit in its galleries to this day.
Lady Geist is a regular here. Whenever she sweeps out in a huff, she never forgets to leave these words behind:
“If you need me I'll be at the MET.”
“如果你需要我，我会在大都会博物馆。”TL
The museum’s galas are every bit as coveted; Mina once hoped that one day she might dress her for the Met gala.
“Well that might have killed my chances of dressing her for the Met gala.”
“好吧，这样可能我就没机会为她盛装出席大都会晚会”
When Mo & Krill talked with Kelvin about the collection, there was an ominous relish in their words.
“Certainly not the ones that are still in the MET. Yet.”
“当然不是那些还在大都会博物馆的人。还不是”
And in the eyes of Mo & Krill, once Lady Geist is a long way from the museum, she seems very much alone.
“You're a long way from The Met, my friend…”
“我的朋友，你离大都会博物馆还很远呢…”
