The Warrens

The Warrens are the Rat King’s kingdom, said to connect with the Sewers beneath New York, and ruled by the Rat King as its king.

For a long time he gave his orders only from the dark. Until one day he grew tired of hiding.

“I'm done ruling from the shadows”

“我不再躲在阴影里统治了。”TL

And so he fought his way from the sewers to the streets.

“From the sewers to the streets baby”

“从下水道一路闯到街上，宝贝。”TL

Abrams is no stranger to this underground kingdom; he has set foot in it before. For that, the Rat King has strictly forbidden him to show his face in the sewers again.

“I thought I said you weren't supposed to show your face in the sewers again.”

“我不是说过你不准再出现在下水道里吗？”

Abrams does not recognize the Rat King’s kingship, and when they met face to face above ground, he drew the line right then and there.

“These aren’t the Warrens and you aren’t my king.”
