长岛
Long Island lies east of New York, and it is the prize Rat King is set on taking. Long Island is going to be his, he declares, and not merely a borough of New York but a kingdom; he means to kill everyone on the island, and has made a point of saying that it is Long Island he means, not Manhattan.

Objections came one after another. Haze advised him to find a new dream, warning that if he really did execute everyone on the island, his reign would end soon enough, the moment the United States Federal Government wanted it to. Billy may think the island sucks, but he told Rat King flat out that he wasn’t taking it; Baba, for her part, declared that Long Island would never be his.

Others see it differently: the Shopkeeper once said Long Island would be better off with Rat King in charge.
“Listen, I've been to Long Island, it'll be better off with you in charge”

Deadman Danny has Long Island on his lips as well: he says he has to go there to demonstrate a lip gloss that doubles as a corrosive acid, and he has heard that once the Patron is summoned, Rat King is going to run the island. He seized the chance to mention that Fairfax Industries has plenty of artillery solutions to help Rat King hold the ground he occupies; Rat King turned him down flat, and he handed over his card all the same, in case Rat King changed his mind.

“Listen, my advice is to find a new dream. I'm telling you your reign will end the moment the US government wants it to, and if you go through with executing everyone on Long Island, that's gonna happen pretty quick.”
