Spanish Harlem is a neighborhood in the north of Manhattan, once in the grip of the Mendoza Syndicate. Ivy cleaned it out of the syndicate’s hands, and for that people call her “the Savior of Spanish Harlem”; everyone knows her name. The neighborhood is her home.
She once said she had cleaned up Spanish Harlem without murdering everybody.
“I was able to clean up Spanish Harlem without murdering everybody.”

She has sworn she will do anything to keep the people of Spanish Harlem safe.

Only recently has Ivy started leaving the neighborhood, eager for company outside her family.
“OK, so that's totally fair: but, if you decide go sight seeing let me know. I've only recently started leaving Spanish Harlem so it would be nice to have a someone to do stuff with that's not in my family. Not that there's anything wrong with my family, I love-”
“好吧，这完全对：不过，如果你决定去观光的话，一定要告诉我。我最近才刚离开东哈勒姆区，所以如果能找家人以外的人一起玩就好了。倒不是说我家人有什么问题，我只是喜欢——”
Her name carries far: Lady Geist calls her the gargoyle from Spanish Harlem; she warned Wraith not to muscle in just because Mendoza had been run off; and the 7th Moon, to which Yamato belongs, was cautioned against expanding there.
“You're that gargoyle from Spanish Harlem, yes?”
“你就是西班牙哈莱姆那只石像鬼，对吧？”TL
Not everyone is buying it. Billy told her to her face that someone had used her to increase the property values of Spanish Harlem, and was riding her name into the mayor’s mansion. She flatly denied it.
“Yeah yeah we all know the stupid story. Lady, he used you to increase the property value of Spanish Harlem, and he's using you sit in the mayors mansion.”
“是啊是啊，我们都知道那个荒唐的故事。女士，他利用你提升了东哈勒姆的房价，现在又利用你坐上了市长官邸”
Even outsiders are glad to borrow the title. Deadman Danny called it an honor to work with “the Savior of Spanish Harlem,” and did not forget to remind her to show up for the press junket later.

“能和西班牙哈林区的救世主共事，是我的荣幸。”TL
Nurse Harrow, for her part, turns the title into a taunt: seeing “the Savior of Spanish Harlem” fly off, she jeered that she ran like a coward, and yet in parting called her Miss Arroyo.
“And so The Savior Of Spanish Harlem runs like a coward…”
“所以，这位“西班牙哈林区的救星”像个懦夫一样跑了……”TL
“See you soon Miss Arroyo.”
“阿若悠小姐，回头见。”TL
