征服长岛
The Conquest of Long Island
征服长岛，是鼠王念念不忘的宏图：拿下长岛、执掌全岛，再将岛上的人类一并清除。他把每一次行动，都算作这场远征的铺垫。
“这只是长岛之战的热身。”译
“This is just a warm up for Long Island”
每当局势推进一步，他便宣称离自己更近了一步。
“长岛又近了一步。”译
“Long Island is one step closer”
他的意图毫不含糊，对象也不是曼哈顿，而是长岛上的所有人。
“不，你完全误会我了。我不是要杀曼哈顿的所有人，我是要杀长岛的所有人。”译
“No, you got me all wrong. I'm not killing everyone in Manhattan. I'm killing everyone on Long Island”
比利曾当面问他，打算如何处置岛上的居民，得到的回答冷酷而直接。
“你接管长岛之后，打算怎么处置岛上的人类？”译
“Whatcha gonna do to all the humans on Long Island when you take over?”
“统统宰光。”译
“Killing the shit out of 'em.”
比利愿意相助，却放不下岛上那些他认识的人，要求他们不能受到伤害。
“我知道那里有些人还不错。如果我帮你做这件事，我不想让他们受伤”
“I know some people there who don't totally suck. If I help you do this I don't want 'em getting hurt.”
可当真正将鼠王击倒时，他的话只剩一句：离长岛远一点。
“离长岛远点，混蛋。”译

维克多同样不看好这项计划，也不肯做鼠王可以随意支使的臣民。
“我看你的长岛计划是成不了了。”译
“I don't think your Long Island plan's going to pan out.”
“我可不是你能随便支使的臣民。”译
“I'm not one of your subjects you can just push around.”
消息传得很快，连空骨丹尼也听说了鼠王在仪式之后执掌长岛的打算，随即上前推销菲尔法克斯实业的炮兵方案，以防岛民不肯接受占领。
“您可曾想过要怎么守住它？菲尔法克斯实业备有许多合理的火炮方案，以防人们对您的占领不太友善。”译
“Have you given any thought on how you're going to protect it? Because Fairfax Industries has many reasonable artillery solutions in the event that people don't take kindly to your occupation.”
鼠王一口回绝，不屑与这种人合作。
